The objective was to tell the story of La Casella, an innovative Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Castel San Giovanni, Piacenza, developed by Enel to store and distribute large amounts of electricity across the territory.

Part of Enel’s “Stories from the Present” project, the work focused on bringing the people, technology and environment behind the project to life through photography and video. The visual storytelling explored the scale of the facility while keeping the focus on the people and processes shaping the energy transition.
